How do I order from Spice Sensuality?
Simple, select a category from our extensive list and browse until you find the toy(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart you may then continue to our secure checkout where you will be asked to provide address, billing and contact information. Our system will then ask you for your credit card details.
Our real-time shipping calculates a list of available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery date. After you have made you selection, you will be asked to verify your order and then submit your order.
Once your secure online payment has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email and order receipt. Your package will arrive within shipping time zone you select during checkout. You may check the status of your order anytime after your purchase has been completed by logging into our order tracking page.
Does Spice Sensuality ship to countries outside of the USA?
Spice Sensuality accepts orders from the USA and Canada. If you do not live in one of these countries then Spice Sensuality does not currently ship to your country.
Does Spice Sensuality offer FREE Shipping?
Any order purchased at Spice Sensuality over $69.00 is available to be shipped to you for FREE. Your order will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground and will arrive anywhere from 5-10 days for the continental United States and Canada and 7-15 days for Alaska, Hawaii and all other rural shipping areas of the country.
How is my order kept discreet and private?
All information given to to Spice Sensuality via electronic commerce, email or direct contact is kept secure and is not shared with anyone outside our organization. Order information is kept only for internal use and support issues.
All orders purchased through Spice Sensuality are billed to your credit card and shipped to your discreet by Spice Sensuality. This name insures your privacy.
All orders are shipped in discreet plain white or brown boxes or FedEx or UPS Express packages with absolutely no mention of the inside contents and the outside of the package. You will be provided a tracking number and updates via email and available online on our order tracking page.

How do I return a defective or damaged product?
For sanitary/hygienic purposes and the intimate nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. If your item is defective or damaged we will send you a RMA form with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us.
